Shipping Policy:

1. Order Processing Time:

   • We aim to ship all in stock orders within 2-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped. Custom online orders made through our online Apparel store may take up to 30 days.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

   • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days.

   • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days.

   • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Shipment to P.O. boxes addresses:

   • We can ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses using Auspost. Delivery times may vary.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

   • You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped.

5. International Shipping:

   • Online tshirt sales processed through our portal can be shipped internationally. Most other items are local shipment only. Apologies for the inconvenience.

6. Damages & Issues:

   • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Returns Policy:

1. Return Eligibility:

   • Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.

   • Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

2. Non-returnable Items:

   • Custom items that are to be changed due to sizing or change of mind will not be accepted.

3. Return Process:

   • To initiate a return, please contact us via the contact webform with your order number and details of the item you wish to return.

   • We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.

4. Refunds:

   • Once we receive your return and it is inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

   • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

5. Exchanges:

   • We reserve the right to refuse exchanges on the basis of change of mind. Please contact us for more assistance.
